Our Technology

Our patented (Patent No. 11622649) device, Thermo V, is a lightweight, durable, AC/DC powered foodservice device that uses a proprietary combination of heat, air flow management and active moisture removal to significantly improve the conditions under which food is delivered or held. Thermo V functions as a rechargeable battery powered delivery device capable of operating for several hours and can be securely fastened in the backseat of a delivery vehicle, on a moped, bicycle, or as a backpack and typically holds 1-2 normally packaged food orders but can hold up to 3-4 size dependent orders. It also functions as a 110 VAC ‘behind the counter’ standalone holding unit serving other foodservice needs that include catering, grocery bar and event services where food needs to be maintained hot and crispy. The remarkable quality improvement allows restaurants to transport their menu items to the customer's front door the way it was intended, like a dine-in experience. Hot and crispy foods that normally degrade quickly such as pizzas, burgers, french fries and other fried foods can be maintained in excellent condition for up to one hour!
